摘要 本文提出了一种基于DCS(分布式控制系统)和Zigbee技术的锅炉膨胀监测系统,以解决电力市场负荷多变条件下锅炉膨胀的实时监测问题。本研究设计并开发了系统硬件的电源电路、无线通信电路、RS-485通信电路、显示屏电路和SD卡存储电路,使用ZSTACK协议栈搭建了无线通信网络,完成数据的采集、发送、接收、校验与存储。该系统检测数据准确,通信情况稳定,可实现对锅炉膨胀情况的实时监测,有效提高电厂的自动化水平。 This paper put forward a kind of boiler expansion monitoring system based on DCS and Zigbee technology,aiming to solve the real-time monitoring problem for the expansion of the boiler with load prone to change. The corresponding power of the system hardware circuit,wireless communication circuit,the RS-485 communication circuit,display circuit,and SD card storage circuit were designed and developed. The ZSTACK protocol was used to establish the wireless communication network,and collect,send and store data. The experimental results showed that the system detection data is accurate and the communication is in a stable condition,indicating that the real-time monitoring ofboiler expansion can be realized,and it can effectively improve the automation level of power plant.
