电动飞机锂电池电芯火灾危险性研究 被引量:5

摘要 使用FTT锥形量热仪对锂离子动力电池电芯材料进行燃烧性能测试。使用DTG-60AH型差热-热重同步分析仪研究电芯材料的热分解性。基于所获实验数据的分析能够确定不含电解液的锂离子动力电池电芯材料不发生燃烧,在25、35、50kW/m^2辐射通量下释放的CO、CO_2气体量不会对人体造成明显伤害,其火灾危险性很小。电芯材料的失重和热解分为22.0~162.1℃和325.0~600.0℃两个阶段。研究结果可以为锂离子动力电池在电动飞机和电动汽车中的安全使用提供帮助。 The FTT Cone calorimeter was used to determine the combustion performance of the lithium-ion battery cell materials.The thermal decomposition of these cells was characterized by thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis.Based on these results,it can be obtained that the cells without electrolytes is nonflammable,and CO and CO_2 release amount under the radiation fluxes of 25,35,50kW/m2 won't harm human body,thus the fire risk is very small;the weight loss and pyrolysis of cell materials has two stages including 22.0~162.1℃ and 325.0~600.0 ℃.Current research is helpful for the safe use of high power lithium-ion batteries in electric aircrafts and vehicles.
