摘要
目的观察羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对老年2型糖尿病合并单纯性视网膜病变的临床疗效,为治疗糖尿病视网膜病变提供依据。方法选择2型糖尿病合并单纯性视网膜病变患者67例,按数字表法随机分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=33);对照组仅接受基础治疗,观察组在接受与对照组相同的基础治疗的同时,再加口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊。分别于治疗前后检测视力和眼底,同时观察用药不良反应。结果安多明观察组的显效率、好转率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05)。两组均未见肝肾功能损害等严重药物不良反应。结论羟苯磺酸钙胶囊能够改善DR的症状,不良反应轻微,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of calcium dobesilate capsules on simple retinopathy comphcatect m senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus so as to seek a treatment for diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods 67 senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with simple retinopathy were selected and were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group （n=34） and control group （n=33）; basic therapy was applied to patients in both groups while oral administration of calcium dobesilate capsules was added to patients in observation group; examinations of vision and fundus were made before and after treatment, and the adverse drug reactions were observed. Results The obvious effective rate, the improvement rate and the total effective rate in observation group were higher than those in control group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）; no liver and kidney dysfunction or other severe adverse drug reactions were found in both groups. Conclusions Calcium dobesilate capsule can improve the symptoms of DR with slight adverse reaction and is worthy of wide clinical application.
