摘要
从制备、机理和应用3方面综述了催化领域中重要的多级孔Y型和多级孔ZSM-5分子筛材料的研究进展。制备多级孔分子筛的主要方法分为直接合成法和后处理法,重点论述了易于工业生产的后处理法,并从分子角度揭示了其中的硅铝原子脱除及介孔形成机理,最后提出了多级孔分子筛研究中存在的问题并展望了其发展前景。
The research progress of preparation,mechanism and catalytic applications of hierarchical Y and hierarchical ZSM-5zeolites were introduced.Direct synthesis and post synthesis are the two commonly used method to produce mesoporous zeolites.The post synthesis which could be easily scale-up on an industrial scale was introduced in detail.The molecular-research of the dealumination and desilication mechanisms and the principle of the mesopores formation in zeolites were reported systematically.Furthermore,current challenges and future strategies were previewed from the viewpoint of material design and practical application.
