中国工业能源效率及其收敛性--SFA全要素与单要素方法的比较分析 被引量:13

Energy efficiency of China's industries and its convergence: A comparison of SFA total-factor method with single-factor method

摘要 文中利用随机前沿分析法(SFA)和三种收敛检验,对1997-2012年间各省、区域和全国的工业全要素能源效率及其收敛性进行分析,并与单要素能源效率的测算结果进行了对比。其结果表明,我国各省市的工业全要素能源效率存在向自身稳态收敛的趋势,而没有出现向共同稳态收敛的趋势。三大区域之间在工业能源效率上的差距没有随时间缩小的迹象,各地的能源效率发展不平衡现象不容乐观。我国东、中、西三大区域中,只有西部区域内部的差距显著缩小但却是低水平趋同,能源效率亟待提高。 This research studied China's industrial energy efficiency and its convergence during 1997-2012 at the level of country district and province by using the method of stochastic frontier analysis and three types of convergence tests,and compared with single-factor results. The findings suggest that industrial energy efficiency of each province tended to converge towards its own steady state,but did not seem to move towards a common steady state; the gaps in industrial energy efficiency between eastern,middle and western China did not automatically decrease over time; among the three districts,only the industrial energy efficiency within the western provinces tended to decline significantly,but towards a low efficiency steady state. Therefore,energy efficiency promoting policies are urgently in need.
