摘要
依据船用液压折臂吊机的载荷要求,提出2种不同的基座加强结构方案。建立吊机基座及船体加强结构的有限元模型,依据CCS规范对基座及加强结构进行直接计算分析,对比各工况下2种方案的应力大小。根据对比分析结果,提出建议采用的加强结构方案,分析结果可为船用吊机基座加强结构设计提供参考。
Based on marine hydraulic crane load requirements, two kinds of different scheme to strengthen the base structure have been proposed. The finite element model of crane base and hull strengthen structure was established. According to the CCS specifications, the base and strengthen structure are analyzed in direct calculation. The stress amplitude of two scheme structures were compared under various operating conditions. According to the results of the comparison and analysis, the recommended structure strengthen scheme was put forward. The analysis results can provide reference for marine crane base strengthen structure design.
