摘要
目的分析在偏头痛急性期患者的临床治疗中,中药外敷头痛膏的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月收治的70例偏头痛急性期患者为研究对象,将所选患者随机均分为对照组与实验组,对照组患者接受药物治疗,实验组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上接受中药外敷头痛膏治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组,且不良反应发生例数少于对照组,2组患者数据经对比后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在偏头痛急性期患者治疗中,中药外敷头痛膏的应用效果较好,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine topical Touteng ointment in the treatment of migraine in acute phase. Methods 70 cases of patients with migraine in acute phase in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as study objects, and the selected patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received drug therapy. The experimental group received Chinese herbal medicine topical Touteng ointment on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect and adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the ex- perimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the adverse reactions of the experimental group were less than those of the control group, after comparing data discrepancies, and there was statistical significance （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine topical Touteng ointment in the treatment of migraine in acute phase has better therapeutic effect, and is worthy of promotion.
