摘要
为了提高高产梳棉机梳理效果,介绍高产梳棉机固定齿条盖板针布的梳理原理及分梳作用特点,分析了影响固定齿条盖板针布选用及工艺配置的因素,从齿密、根数、针向、棉网清洁器、植针排列、工艺设计等方面探讨高产梳棉机固定齿条盖板针布如何选型。指出:选配固定齿条盖板针布应采取有效的棉网清洁器组合、针布配置,增加盖板根数,选配合理齿密、齿形及工作角配置等,提高梳理效果。
To improve the carding performance of the high yield carding machine, introduction is made to the principle and characteristics of the carding operation of the stationary wired flat clothing.Probing is done into the factors influencing clothing selection and processing configuration of the stationary wired flat clothing from the wire density, wire arrangement, cotton web cleaner,process design,wire setting and such.Caution is given on how to select the stationary wired flat clothing. It is pointed out that clothing selection should adopt cotton web cleaner combination, clothing configuration, density increase of the wires.Reasonable wire density and wire profile plus correct working angle configuration improve the combing effect.
