摘要 为了提高综框性能,解决其高速运动过程中振动剧烈、噪声大、纱线磨损严重、梭口不清的问题,对铝合金综框结构和片综结构进行改进,分析在横梁上空腔填充碳纤维块、下空腔填充碳纤维棒、在横梁上安装阻尼减振材料、采用树脂材质片综及在片综上安装磁铁的作用。指出:改变综框横梁结构,在其空腔内填充碳纤维材料和减振材料,可以提高其强度并减小噪声;树脂材料片综结合安装阻尼减振材料,可降低片综对纱线的磨损并使开口清晰。 To improve the performance of the heald frame, and to solve the problems with the heald frame in high speed operation such as big vibration and noise, heavy yarn wear, unsharp shed.Some modifications are made to the alu-alloy heald frame and flat heald.Filling the beam top cavity with carbon fiber,and bottom cavity with carbon fiber rods,installation of damping material,use of flat heald of resin material with the magnet are good attempt. It proves that changing structure of the heald frame beam,filling with carbon fiber material and damping material in the cavity,can improve the strength and reduce noise.Flat heald of resin material with installation of damping materials can reduce the wear of yarn from the flat heald and make sharp shed.
