摘要
采用pH敏感型纳米二氧化硅(SiO_2)颗粒作为乳化剂,制备了Pickering型十八烯基琥珀酸酐(ODSA)施胶剂乳液,研究了pH值、纳米SiO_2颗粒用量对ODSA乳液稳定性、形态、动力学稳定性和施胶稳定性的影响。结果表明,pH敏感型纳米SiO_2可以用于制备均一稳定的Pickering型ODSA乳液;随水相pH值的增大,ODSA乳液稳定性逐渐提高;此外,ODSA乳液作为一种剪切稀释型流体,还具有修复功能。
pH-sensitive nano-SiO2 particles were used as stabilizer to prepare Pickering-type ODSA emulsion. The effects of pH value, parti- cles dosage on stability, morphology, dynamic stability and sizing effect of the emulsion were investigated. The results showed that pH-sensi- tive nano-SiO2 particles could be used to prepare stable and homogenous ODSA emulsion, and the stability of the emulsion increased as the pH value of aqueous phase increasing. As a shear-thinning emulsion, it had the self-repairing ability.
