摘要
目前中医药院校研究生心肺复苏教学存在着以下问题:教学手段单一,理论与实践脱节;教师及学生基础水平参差不齐;培训教材滞后于指南进展;临床学习缺乏积极性,重科研轻临床;重中医,轻西医现象突出;考核方法流于形式;实践教学与医德、法律意识灌输脱节以及学生自我保护意识不强。提出应以学生为主体改进教学方法,进行师资队伍培训及教材及时更新,课堂和课后结合,做好第三课堂,规范心肺复苏考核程序和细则以及强化医疗相关法律及医学伦理学知识的传授,进而提高教学质量。
Problems were pointed out in teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to graduate students from the writers' own teaching experience, such as dull simple teaching means, discontinuation between theory and practice, irregularity of teacher and student levels, training materials falling behind progress of the guideline, lack of enthusiasm of clinical study, research more stressed than teaching, TCM more stressed than Western medicine, unfavorable assessment method, lack of medical ethics and relevant law education in clinical process, and students' poor awareness of self-protection as well. Therefore, student-oriented teaching reform should be carried out to train teaching staff, update teaching materials, integrate in-class and after-class activities, specify CPR assessment procedures and regulations, and strengthen medical treatment related law and medical ethics education with the purpose to increase teaching quality.
