摘要
节能环保产业是我国的战略性新兴产业之一,是未来我国经济发展新的增长点。文中着重介绍以美国、欧盟为代表的发达国家发展节能环保产业的经验,从市场机制、科技支撑、行业规范、企业管理等不同侧面阐述促进河南省节能环保产业发展的启示。
Energy saving and environmental protection industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in China, and it is a new growth point of China’s economic development in the future. This paper focuses on the experience of developing energy saving and environmental protection industry in developed countries represented by USA and European Union,And expounds the enlightenment of promoting the development of energy saving and environmental protection industry in Henan province from different aspects such as market mechanism, science and technology support, industry norms,business management, etc.
