摘要
磷酸盐在广泛的化学和生物过程中都起着重要作用,所以高灵敏度、高选择性的新型磷酸盐光学传感器的发展非常重要.在这里,我们提出了一个新型选择性测定磷酸盐的传感器,该传感器是基于桑色素和锆离子(Zr^(4+))诱导的Zr^(4+)与磷原子之间的电子和能量转移,对磷酸盐具有较高的选择性,可用于实际样品分析,在洗涤剂样品中磷酸盐的检测中有很好的效果.结果表明,我们提出的化学传感器能高效的检测水介质中的磷酸盐,在环境和生物领域具有很大的应用潜力.
The development of new optical phosphate chemosensors with high sensitivity and selec-tivity is important, since phosphate plays some fundamental roles in a wide range of chemical and biolog-ical processes. Herein, a novel selective sensor was developed for the determination of phosphate based on morin and zirconium ion (Zr4+ ) induced electron and energy transfer between Zr4+ and phosphorus atom. Simultaneously, the present sensing system had a high selectivity for phosphate and could be used for real sample analysis, which was applied in the detection of phosphate in detergent samples with satis-factory results. The results shown here pave the way for the construction of highly efficient chemical sensor for phosphate in aqueous media, which possess great potential in applications in the environmen-tal and biological fields.
