摘要
目的评估中西医结合护理在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法 50例血液透析患者随机分成观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中西医结合护理。对比2组血液透析效果及护理后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组血液透析有效率96.0%(24/25),高于对照组的76.0%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.0%(1/25),低于对照组的28.0%(7/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能提高血液透析有效率,降低不良反应发生风险。
Objective To evaluate the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 50 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was applied with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing. The efficacy of hemodialysis and adverse reaction were observed and compared between two groups.
