不同诱捕器和引诱剂组合对松墨天牛诱捕效果的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨生产上松墨天牛诱捕优化技术,于2013年和2014年在福建省安溪县开展了不同诱捕器和引诱剂组合(农林大APF-Ⅰ型引诱剂及其诱捕器、福建省L型引诱剂及其L型诱捕器)诱捕松墨天牛成虫试验,比较诱获的松墨天牛数量,并抽取部分虫体进行解剖,分析其携带的寄生性线虫及雌成虫的怀卵情况。结果表明,不同诱捕器引诱剂4种组合2 a间诱捕的松墨天牛总数量有极显著差异。农林大APF-Ⅰ型引诱剂及其诱捕器诱获的天牛数量最多,雌雄比最大;福建省L型引诱剂及其L型诱捕器组合诱获的天牛数量最少,雌雄比最低。在诱捕器相同的情况下,APF-Ⅰ型引诱剂的诱捕效果极显著优于L型引诱剂,且前者诱捕天牛的雌雄比高于后者。在引诱剂相同的情况下,农林大诱捕器与福建省L型诱捕器的诱捕效果差异不显著,且两者诱捕的天牛雌雄比差别不大。APF-Ⅰ型引诱剂引诱的天牛成虫寄生性线虫携带率高于L型引诱剂,但2种引诱剂引诱的松墨天牛雌成虫平均怀卵量差异不大,因此生产上应优先推广APF-Ⅰ型引诱剂。 To optimize Monochamus alternatus trapping device for effective pest control,trapping device invented by Fujian Agricul-ture and Forestry University,APF-I lure,L-type lure and trap were applied in provincial demonstration farm in An'xi county in 2013-2014. The quantity of adult M.alternatus trapped were recorded,and followed by nematode carrying and fecundity rates analy-sis after dissection. The results showed that trap with APF-I lure induced the most amount of adult M.alternatus in the highest male- female ratio,while trap with APF-I lure resulted in the least quantity of adult M.alternatus and the lowest male-female ratio. Within the same type of trap,APF-I lure was more effective than L-type lure,together with higher male-female ratio from the former. How-ever, when using the same type of lure,trapping efficiency and male-female ratio were the same between two traps. Furthermore, nematode carrying rate was higher in APF-I lure than L-type,but no significant difference occurred in female fecundity between two traps. In conclusion,APF-I lure should be prioritized in production due to its high trapping efficiency.
