摘要
近段时间教师行为问题成了人们茶余饭后的议论焦点,对教师职业道德素养的质疑更是成为抨击的重点。文章就教师职业素养对学生成长的影响为切入点,以邯郸太极文化学院教师职业素养为例证进行再探讨,以期能够对教师行为规范做到树己正身的作用。
Recently, teachers＇ behavior has become the focus of people＇s discussion, and people have challenged teacher s professional quality which is the important point of criticism. The thesis takes Handan Tai Chi Culture College as an example to discuss the influence of teacher1 s professional quality on students1 growth, in order to have a good effect on teachers1 behavior.
