摘要
企业网络学习能力是提升网络绩效、推动网络创新变革的直接影响因素,其提升路径必须注重协同性、匹配性、系统性。以企业网络中124个企业为研究对象,从网络组织结构与治理机制的作用机理出发,采用定性比较分析(QCA)方法研究企业网络学习能力提升路径。研究发现,存在5条高学习能力路径和两条低学习能力路径。结合前人研究成果,提出了企业网络学习能力提升的策略建议:企业在网络合作过程中应根据自身结构特征,维护并完善通向高学习能力的路径,避开导致低学习能力路径的网络条件,注重提高网络联系紧密度,强化网络组织的学习创新机制等。
The learning ability of enterprise network is the direct influence factor to improve the network performance and promote innovation,whose advanced path must pay attention to the systematic.From the perspective of network organization governance structure and mechanism,this paper analyzes the path of the enterprise network learning ability and the interaction of governance structure and governance mechanism by using the qualitative comparative analysis based on 124 enterprises in network.The study found the five high learning ability paths and two low learning ability paths.Accordingly,they could provide guidance to promote learning ability of enterprise.In the process of cooperation network,enterprise should perfect path of high learning ability and avoid low learning ability path according to the structure.Meanwhile,enterprise network ought to focus on improving the network connection tightness and strengthening the mechanism of learning and innovation in network organization.
