摘要
骨干教师在成果提炼时存在着成果的理论基础薄弱且以经验型成果多、理论型成果少等具体问题与困境。为此,培训者设计了"教师论坛""自选导师"和"主编面对面"三个工具,针对教师成果提炼中的具体问题进行干预,帮助他们进行凝结式的成果提炼。凝结式成果提炼应遵循自下而上的教师成果生成规律以及以教师为中心,充分发挥教师作为研究者自主性的原则。
There are some problems that exist in summarizing and refining teaching and research achievements for backbone teachers such as the lack of time and effort, weak theoretical foundation,most empirical achievements and few theoretical ones etc. Aiming at these problems, this paper introduces a kind of training strategy including three tools of "teacher forum", "optional tutor" and "editors face-to-face" to help teachers summarize and refine condensed type achievements. Summarization and refinement of condensed type achievements should follow the rule of "bottom up" formation of teachers' achievements, emphasizing teacher-centered principle and giving full play to the teachers as autonomous researchers.
