摘要
基于RUMiC2008—2009年的数据和工具变量法,将家庭分为城镇家庭、农村家庭、外出务工家庭三大类型,研究了劳动供给平滑消费作用在不同家庭间的差异以及在同一家庭内的性别差异。研究表明:(1)多种平滑机制的共同作用对于家庭消费水平的稳定是必不可少的,其中劳动供给的保障作用对于外出务工家庭而言尤为重要,而城镇家庭和农村家庭主要依赖于保险市场和信贷市场的跨期平滑;(2)个体劳动供给的作用效果在性别间存在明显差异,男性劳动供给波动是家庭消费波动的重要来源,而女性劳动供给则是家庭抵御收入冲击和消费平滑的重要手段,附加工人效应明显。
Using the 2008- 2009 RUMiC data and IV method,this paper classified households into urban、rural and migrant households,then examined the smoothing effect of individual labor supply in different households and between genders. The results indicate that：（ 1） the combination of a variety of smooth mechanisms which work for the stability of the household consumption is essential. Among them,the labor supply of individuals is particularly important for migrant families,urban families and rural families mainly rely on the insurance market and the credit market to smooth household consumption;（ 2） the smoothing strength of individual labor supply shows significant differences between men and women,the fluctuation of men＇s labor supply is an important source of household consumption fluctuation,and the female labor supply is an important means to resist the impact of income shocks and consumption fluctuation,added worker effect is obvious.
