摘要
通过采用数值模拟的方法,并在油冷却器平直翅片基础上提出了一种新型球突翅片,重点研究了球突对强化换热的影响,并且从速度场、温度场、局部努赛尔数、等效热阻及场协同的角度对其进行综合评价。结果表明:在一定的雷诺数范围内,球突翅片换热性能较平直翅片可提升26.6%~31%,同时阻力因子增加10.3%~17.2%,球突翅片能有效提高温度与速度场的协同程度,对今后球突翅片的工程应用和理论研究提供参考。
By taking the way of numerical simulation,and on the basis of oil cooler with flat fins,a new type of dimpled fin is proposed. Focus on the effect of dimpled fin surfaces about the heat transfer enhancement,then make a comprehensive evaluation from the angles of its' velocity field,temperature field,the local Nusselt number,the equivalent heat resistance and field synergy. The results show that:Within a certain range of Re,the heat transfer performance of dimpled fin compared with that of flat fin is increased by 26. 6% ~ 31%,and the resistance factor increased by 10. 3% ~ 17. 2%,the dimpled fin can effectively improve the synergy degree of temperature and velocity field,it have some reference value for future engineering applications and theoretical study of dimpled fins.
