摘要
利用湿法剥离工艺对蛭石进行超细化处理,采用氟碳表面活性剂对超细蛭石进行疏水疏油改性处理,利用红外光谱仪、XRD、SEM和接触角变化等评价其改性效果,并对其在抗烧型水成膜泡沫中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,改性蛭石结构中存在氟碳链,层间距增大,高温膨胀特性明显改善,疏水疏油能力显著提升;适量改性蛭石的添加能够大幅提升水成膜泡沫的抗烧性,且抗烧性具有随火势规模增大而增加的趋势;改性蛭石对泡沫骨架的强化作用及其受热膨胀壳体对热辐射的屏蔽作用是导致水成膜泡沫抗烧性能提高的主要原因。
The vermiculites were grinded ultrafinely by wet stripping process,and the ultrafine vermiculites were modified by using the fluorocarbon surfactant.The modified vermiculites were characterized by using FTIR,XRD,SEM and contact angle tester,and the effect of the modified vermiculites on the anti-burning property of the aqueous film forming foam was investigated.The results show that the fluorocarbon chains were found and the interlayer spacing increased in the modified vermiculites structure,the high temperature expansion characteristic and the hydrophobic and lipophobic properties of the modified vermiculites increased significantly.The anti-burning property of the aqueous film forming foam improved as the modified vermiculites addition,which increased with the increasing heat radiation.It was found that the anti-burning property improvement of the aqueous film forming foam is mainly resulted from the strengthening effect of the modified vermiculites on the foam skeleton and the shielding effect of the thermal expansion shells on the heat radiation.
