摘要
现代湿法炼锌中所用的原料大部分是含铁量高的闪锌矿,现有工艺条件下则会生成铁酸锌造成锌的溶出率降低和铁的流失。针对这一情况提出的新工艺为在还原焙烧前,先对锌焙砂进行磁选,后期再进行低酸浸出。最后得出铁的总回收率达到92%以上,同时回收的铁品位可以达到52-54%之间。此外还确定了还确定了这套工艺中的各项指标:焙烧温度800℃、时间60min、磁选的粒度为450目左右,浸出时间60min、温度35-40℃。
Most modern materials used in zinc hydrometallurgy are high iron sphalerite. Existing conditions will reduce the dissolution rate and the iron loss caused by zinc zinc ferrite.
