摘要
会计报表是企业向外传递会计信息的主要手段。一份有价值的会计报表能够帮助企业经营者在错综复杂的企业经济活动中发现问题,从而对做出正确的管理决策起到重要作用。本文主要以会计报表为基础对小型微利企业管理问题进行分析,其中以LZWND有限责任公司为例,通过对企业资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表进行数据分析,并进一步对其管理问题进行研究和提出相应的改善建议。
Accounting statement is the main means for enterprises to transmit accounting information outward. A valuable accounting statement can help business managers find problems in the complex business activities, and make the right management decisions. In this paper, we analyze the management of small-scale low-profit enterprises based on the accounting statements. Taking LZWND Co., Ltd., as an example, this paper analyzes the balance sheet, profit statement and cash flow statement of the enterprise, and makes further research on its management and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
