摘要
EPC工程总承包项目采购成本控制是项目团队一直非常关心的问题。文章利用ABC分析法对火电总承包项目中影响采购成本的因素进行主次因素分析,并回顾精益管理方法在江西大唐国际抚州电厂总承包项目采购管理工作的实践效果,指出了火电总承包项目中应重点管控的关键设备和大宗材料,强调通过提升采购管理水平来降低成本的重要性,最后总结出总承包项目采购成本控制的三大手段。研究有助于指导总承包项目采购成本控制工作。
Procurement cost control in EPC projects has been the prime focus of our project teams. In this investigation, we analyzed the factors which had affected procurement cost in the thermal power projects by using the ABC analysis, and reviewed the practice effect of the lean management method in the Jiangxi Datang International Fuzhou power plant EPC project. The results point out the key equipment and materials which we should pay more attention to , and emphasize the important of reducing cost through the promo-tion of procurement management. Finally, it summarizes out three major means of procurement cost control in EPC projects. This work provides some guidance for procurement cost control in EPC projects.
