摘要
根据南方电网空间信息服务(GIS)平台建设"一张图、一个网"需求,结合各分省公司电子地图和电网资源数据质量现状,提出了适合该数据现状的空间数据质量管控技术体系。并针对技术体系中的每一个关键环节均进行了技术实现,通过区域验证了该技术体系的科学性与经济性,进一步将该技术体系落地为质量管控的长效管控机制,为GIS平台的长期稳定运行提供空间数据技术支撑。
