摘要
目的探讨伤口小组在构建压疮监控体系中的实践效果。方法通过构建压疮监控体系和成立伤口小组,制定压疮及难免压疮申报与监控流程,组织知识培训,制定配套奖惩制度,并评价压疮管理效果。结果构建压疮监控体系后,2014年度压疮风险评估率60.0%(8 419/14 032),难免压疮申报率100%(35/35),院内压疮发生率5.7%(2/35),压疮治疗有效率82.6%(19/23);2015年压疮风险评估率100.0%(15 507/15 507),难免压疮申报率109.0%(145/133),院内压疮发生率2.3%(3/133),压疮治疗有效率95.5%(42/44),均较2014年有所提高。结论规范医院压疮监控体系管理,成立伤口小组,对提高压疮防护质量有积极的促进作用。
Objective To investigate the application and practice of wounds management group in building supervision system on pressure sores. Methods Efforts were made on building the supervision system on pressure sores and wounds management group, making supervision and reporting procedure for pressure sores and inevitable pressure sore, organizing training, creating system of re-wards and penalties. Results After building the supervision system, the rate of risk assessment was 60.0% （8419/14 032） , the report rate of inevitable pressure sore was 100% （35/35） , the incidence of nosocomial pressure sore was 5.1% （2/35） and the effective rate of treatment was 82. 6% （19/23） in year 2014. The rate of risk assessment was 100.0% （15 507/15 507） , the report rate of inevitable pres-sure sore was 109. 0% （145/133） , the incidence of nosocomial pressure sore was 2. 3% （3/133）and the effective rate of treatment was 95.5% （42/44） in year 2015.
