摘要
钢管杆结构由于占地面积小、结构形式美观感强等优点在220kV及以下电压输电设施中占有着很大的比例。现阶段,我国钢管杆结构的设计和制造还处于分开进行的模式中,往往造成设计的构件无法制造等情况。本文从结构的杆型选取、几何尺寸两个方面出发,在满足结构安全性、美观性的前提下,以加工过程为研究对象对钢管杆结构进行了优化设计。
The structure of steel pipe rod occupies a large proportion in 220kV and below voltage transmission facilities due to its small footprint and beautiful structure. At the present stage, the design and manufacture of steel tubular structure in our country are still in the separate mode, which often causes the design of the components can not be manufactured. This paper considers the structure of the rod selection and geometric size, in order to meet the structural safety, aesthetic premise, the processing process for the research object of the steel pipe structure optimization design.
