摘要
茶色素易与蛋白质、脂类、糖类等生物大分子以各种形式进行有序结合,形成一种稳定体系。棉织物采用壳聚糖改性后,再采用茶色素染色,讨论了茶叶质量、染液pH值、染色温度和染色时间对织物K/S值的影响。优化的染色工艺为:茶叶25 g,染液pH值6,染色温度100℃,染色时间60 min。改性后的棉织物染后耐摩擦色牢度提高1~2级,耐水洗牢度提高0.5~1级,耐晒牢度提高1.5级,抗紫外线性能提高2~3倍,对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为75.15%和71.35%。
Cotton fabric is modified by chitosan and then dyed with tea pigments. The influences of tea pigments dosage, pH value of dye liquor, dyeing temperature and time on K/S value of fabric are discussed. The dyeing process is optimized as: tea pigments 25 g, pH value 6, dyeing at 100 ℃ for d0 min. The cotton dyeings feature improved color fastnesses to rubbing, washing and light by 1-2, 0.5-1, and 1.5 levels respectively, and increased anti-ultraviolet performance. The antibacterial activity on Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus are 75.15% and 71.35% respectively.
