摘要
空间正义作为批判社会理论"空间转向"的一个积极成果,日益成为社会和政治行动的目标、人们进行理论和经验分析的工具。空间正义不仅包含空间生产、分配、占有、使用过程的正义性,也包含人从自身生存环境出发对所在空间本身的价值判断。将正义的价值理念纳入空间分析时,文化必然成为其必不可少的判断依据,一个充满文化的空间才是体现人本的、彰显人道的,也才符合人类之正义价值。现阶段,贫困地区公共图书馆服务的缺位集中体现其空间正义的缺失。发挥好政府的战略性推动作用,尊重农村文化发展的内在规律,推动城乡文化的融合发展是贫困地区实现空间正义价值的文化之路。
As a positive result of the critical social theory of ＂spatial turn＂, spatial justice has increasingly become the goal of social and political action, and has become a tool for people to carry out theoretical and empirical analysis. Spatial justice includes justice of spatial production, allocation, possession and using process, as well as space value judgement from personal living environment. Incorporating the concept of value of justice into spatial justice, culture must be indispensable judgement data. A space full of culture is humanism, and accordance with human justice value. At present, the absence of public library services in poor areas concentrates on the absence of spatial justice. It is the culture way of playing a driving role of government, respecting internal law of ruralculture development, and promoting urban and rural integration development to achieve spatial justice value.
