香附与艾叶对治疗原发性痛经作用机制的研究进展 被引量:25

Advance in Therapeutic Mechanism Studies of Rhizoma Cyperi and Folium Artemisiae Argyi for Primary Dysmenorrhea

摘要 通过中国知网、万方、Web of Science数据库,以"香附"、"艾叶"、"子宫"、"原发性痛经"、"镇痛"、"Cyperus rotundus L."、"Artemisia argyi Lévl.et Vant."、"Primary Dysmenorrhea"和"Uterus"为关键词,系统检索、整理和归纳了1977~2016年间与"原发性痛经发病机制、香附与艾叶治疗痛经的作用机理"相关的实验研究文献45篇,并对其进行分析和综述。结果显示,原发性痛经主要与PGs、β-EP、5-HT、血管加压素、Ca2+和NO等生物因子分泌水平相关。香附与艾叶各部位对镇痛均有活性作用,但其活性强弱有一定差异。α-香附酮已被证明为镇痛和抗子宫痉挛的活性化合物,其机制研究较为深入。目前,治疗痛经的药物机制研究主要是针对可生成前列腺素的花生四烯酸代谢途径,然而,药物对疼痛信号传导的影响研究较少。传统中医药治疗原发性痛经具有良好的效果和较小的副作用,而香附与艾叶常配伍用于治疗原发性痛经,具有相当的研究价值,有待学者进一步的深入研究。 Forty-five literatures issued from the years of 1977 to 2016 referring to "the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea and the therapeutic mechanism of Rhizoma Cyperi(Xiangfu)and Folium Artemisiae Argyi(Aiye)for dysmenorrhea"were retrieved,summarized and analyzed through reviewing the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,and Web of Science with" Rhizoma Cyperi, Cyperus rotundus L., Folium Artemisiae Argyi, Artemisia argyi Lévl. et Vant.,uterus,primary dysmenorrhea,analgesic effects"as the key words. The results showed that the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea was closely associated with the expression of the biological factors of prostaglandins(PGs),beta endophin(β-EP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),vasopressin,Ca^(2+),and nitric oxide(NO). Various fractions of Xiangfu and Aiye had been proved to have varying degrees of analgesic activity. Alpha-cyperone had been confirmed as an active compound with analgesic and anti-hysterotrismus effects,and its mechanism had been well studied. Current studies on therapeutic mechanism of medicine for treating primary dysmenorrhea were more focused on the metabolic pathway of arachidonic acid generating prostaglandins rather than on the influence of pain signal transduction.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective and safe for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,and the herb-pair of Xiangfu and Aiye was frequently used during the treatment. Therefore,the therapeutic mechanism studies of Xiangfu and Aiye possess considerable research value and are worth of further research.
