摘要
因民族宗教文化、受教育水平、就业排斥、经济社会转型等因素影响,少数民族农牧业转移人口就业形势不容乐观。解决就业面临的困难,少数民族农牧业转移人口应做好两个结合:一是要将本地转移与异地转移相结合,二是要将世代转移继替与社会分层助推相结合。另外,不同主体之间应该合作互动,建立两种机制:一是要建立少数民族农牧业人口与城市的良性互动机制,二是要建立少数民族农牧业人口就业素质提升的多元成本分担机制。
Ethnic minorities' employment situations are not optimistic after their transformation from agricultural and animal husbandry life due to the ethnic religious culture, education level, employment exclusion, economic and social transformation and other factors. Two combinations should be prepared for changing the employment situations: combining the local and the remote, combining the generational transformation with the boosting of social stratification. Besides, two mechanisms be constructed for cooperative interaction: ethnic minorities interactive mechanisms with cities, and diversified cost sharing mechanism to enhance the quality of employment.
