摘要
目的 观察标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗广泛脑挫裂伤并大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年6月-2016年4月我院收治的64例广泛脑挫裂伤并大面积脑梗死患者进行分组研究,按照不同治疗方法分为参照组和实验组,每组各32例患者。参照组患者采用常规骨瓣开颅术进行治疗,实验组患者采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术进行治疗,对两组患者进行6个月的随访,评定治疗效果和术后并发症情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率和并发症发生率与参照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 广泛脑挫裂伤并大面积脑梗死选择标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术的临床治疗效果优于传统开颅手术,且术后并发症发生率低,预后良好。
Objective To observe the big bone flap of standard trauma craniotomy treatment of extensive cerebral contusion and large area cerebral infarction clinical curative effect. Methods 64 cases of extensive cerebral contusion and grouping research of large area cerebral infarction patients were selected from June 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital, according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group and experimental group, control group 32 cases were treated by conventional bone flap craniotomy surgery treatment, the experimental group 32 cases were treated by standard trauma big bone flap craniotomy surgery treatment, for 6 months of follow-up of two groups of patients, to evaluate the therapeutic effect and complications. Results The total effective rate and the incidence of complications and treatment control group total effective rate, incidence of complications for statistical comparison, clear difference between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of extensive cerebral contusion and large area cerebral infarction selection standard large trauma craniotomy is superior to the traditional craniotomy, and the postoperative complication rate is low, and the prognosis is good.
