摘要
目的观察胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术后患者的有效护理方法。方法回顾性分析本院2015年1月~2016年8月收治的14例采用胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术治疗的二尖瓣病变患者的临床资料,对所有患者术后均实行全面护理措施,分析总结有效的护理方法,为心脏手术患者提供护理借鉴经验。结果经过全面护理后所有患者恢复情况良好,未出现严重并发症,患者十分满意。结论对胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术患者术后实施全面护理符合患者的实际需要,提高了患者的护理满意度及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effective nursing methods of patients undergoing mitral valve replacement under thoracoscope.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016,14 cases of mitral valve disease patients with thoracoscopic mitral valve replacement in the treatment,all patients were implemented comprehensive nursing measures,analyze and summarize the effective nursing methods for patients with cardiac surgery,and nursing experience. Results After comprehensive nursing,all patients recovered well without serious complications. Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing care for patients undergoing mitral valve replacement under thoracoscopy is in line with the actual needs of patients,and improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
