摘要
目的研究分析乳腺癌保乳手术临床疗效。方法观察进行乳腺癌保乳手术治疗的I^II期原发性乳腺癌患者150例,与50例I^II期乳腺癌改良根治术患者作为对照,于术后进行随访,收集资料并统计对比分析两组患者术后一年和三年的生存率结果、局部复发、远处转移、外形评估。结果两组生存率、局部复发、远处转移情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组外形评估情况和外形评估满意率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌保乳手术具有良好临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of breastconserving surgery for breast cancer. Methods Patients（n=150） with stage I to II primary breast cancer treated with breast-conserving surgery were selected were taken as observation group. And 50 cases of patients with stage I to II breast cancer treated with modified radical operation were selected and taken as control group. In the three years postoperative follow-up,survival rate,local recurrence,distant metastasis and appearance evaluation of the two groups were compared by statistical methods. Results There were no statistically significant difference in survival rates,local recurrence and distant metastasis between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Appearance evaluation and appearance satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionBreast-conserving surgery has remarkable clinical curative effect and important clinical value.
