摘要
目的分析二维超声联合四维超声对产前胎儿畸形的临床应用价值。方法研究对象选取2014年1月~2015年12月来我院接受产前筛查的600例孕妇,回顾性分析临床资料,在胎儿娩出或者引产之后对畸形筛查结果进行分析。结果 600例孕妇娩出胎儿有606例,通过二维超声发现畸形17处、联合二维与四维超声发现25处,通过临床证实畸形共有28处,联合二维和思维超声诊断符合率高于单独二维超声,对比组间差异结果显著(P〈0.05)。结论:二维超声联合四维超声对产前胎儿畸形的诊断率高,有助于降低出生缺陷、促进优生优育,具有很高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal fetal malformation. Methods A total of 600 pregnant women who had undergone prenatal screening in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively after the fetus was delivered or induced. Results There were 606 cases of fetus in 600 cases. 17 cases were found by two- dimensional ultrasonography. 25 cases were found by combined two- dimensional and thinking ultrasound. 28 cases were diagnosed clinically. The coincidence rate of combined two- dimensional and thinking ultrasound was higher than that of alone There was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Two- dimensional ultrasonography combined with four-dimensional ultrasonography has a high diagnostic value for prenatal fetal malformations,which can help to reduce birth defects and promote prenatal and postnatal care.
