生、炒酸枣仁配伍前后主要化学成分变化研究 被引量:3

Content Changes of Main Chemical Constituents in Raw Semen Zizyphi Spinosae and Fried Semen Zizyphi Spinosae before and after Compatibility

摘要 目的:采用高效液相色谱法分析生酸枣仁、炒酸枣仁单煎液与二者合煎液的主要化学成分变化,为生、炒酸枣仁的药效物质基础研究提供可靠依据。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱条件:色谱柱:Ultimate C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:A(乙腈)-B(超纯水),梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 m L/min;柱温:30℃;在检测波长203 nm条件下,测定生、炒酸枣仁单煎液和合煎液中主要化学成分斯皮诺素、酸枣仁皂苷A和酸枣仁皂苷B的含量,定量分析生、炒酸枣仁相伍前后主要化学成分的变化。结果:生、炒酸枣仁合煎液中斯皮诺素、酸枣仁皂苷A、酸枣仁皂苷B的含量均高于生酸枣仁和炒酸枣仁的单煎液。方法学考察中各项实验结果的RSD值均小于2%。结论:此法重现性好、仪器精密度高、样品稳定性好,实验结果可反映生炒酸枣仁配伍前后主要化学成分变化。 Objective:To provide reliable basis for the study of efficacy material base,the changes of main chemical costituents in raw Semen Zizyphi Spinosae and fried Semen Zizyphi Spinosae before and after compatibility were analyzed by the method of HPLC. Methods:Ultimate C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was adopted. The mobile phase was A(acetonitrile)-B(water)for gradient elution. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min. To analyze the changes of main chemical constituents,the the contents of spionsin,jujuboside A and jujuboside B were determined at 203 nm. Results:The contents of spionsin,jujuboside A and jujuboside B in the combined decoction all increased compared with the singel decoction solution. The RSD was below 2%. Conclusion:The method could fully reflect the content changes of main chemical constituents in raw Semen Zizyphi Spinosae and fried Semen Zizyphi Spinosae before and after compatibility with good reproducibility,high precision and stability.
