摘要
碑刻是对历史事件的记载。涉林碑刻记载了我国林史上的各种涉林行为,从犯罪学的视野对搜集到的涉林碑刻史料在分析破坏森林资源行为状况及特点的基础上,解读了破坏森林资源行为产生的原因,并对碑刻史料中提到的保护森林资源的对策进行了归纳总结。对于破坏森林资源行为的碑刻史料进行考量和分析有助于约束和规范人们的涉林行为。
Inscriptions are records of historical events. A variety of actions related to forestry in the history of China have been recorded on the inscriptions. From the perspective of criminology, the author collects historical data in inscriptions, and on the basis of analyzing the situation and characteristics of forest-destroying behaviors, illustrates the causes for the destruction of forest resources. In the end she summarizes the countermeasures to protect forest resources mentioned in the historical data in the inscriptions. Analysis of forest-destroying behaviors in inscriptions is helpful to constrain and regulate people＇s forestry-related behaviors.
