摘要
载脂蛋白M(apoM)是一类在血液中主要存在于高密度脂蛋白颗粒中的载脂蛋白,其表达具有显著的组织特异性。ApoM的表达调节主要受肝细胞核因子1α/4α、肝受体同系物1、法尼酯X受体、肝X受体、叉头状转录因子a2等转录因子以及激素和细胞炎性因子等调控,但其具体调控机制及生物学功能尚待阐明。目前apoM在癌症领域的研究取得了一定的进展,其表达失调与癌症具有高度关联性。
Apolipoprotein M （apoM）is an apolipoprotein that mainly associates with high-density lipoprotein particles in plasma, the expression of which is significantly tissue specific. In vivo and in vitro studies found that apoM expression regu lation is mainly affected by transcription factors, hormones and inflammatory cell factor including hepatic nuclear factor 1 alpha ,4 alpha,liver receptor homolog-1, farnesoid X receptor, liver X receptor and forkhead box a2. However, the specific regulation mechanisms and biological function of apoM remains to be elucidated. At present, some progress has been made in the field of cancer research that apoM expression disorder is highly associated with cancer.
