摘要 心血管疾病已成为威胁人民健康的重要杀手,目前关于其发病机制的研究主要集中在炎症致病、免疫打击、细胞凋亡等方面。自噬是生物进化过程中高度保守的,与生长、发育、衰老、疾病状态等密切相关的生理活动,其与动脉粥样硬化等多种心血管疾病的发生、发展关系密切。血管内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞和巨噬细胞自噬在不同疾病中起着不同的作用,探究自噬与疾病关系有望为疾病治疗提供新的靶点。 Cardiovascular disease has become a great threaten to all people. Currently, the studies about cardiovascular disease pathogenesis are focused on inflammation,immune attack, apoptosis, and so on. Autophagy is a highly conserved in the process of organic evolution, which is closely related to growth, development, aging and disease state, and is closely asso- ciated with the developments of atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases. Autophagy of vascular endothelial cell, vascular smooth muscle cell and microphage play various roles in various diseases, therefore, exploration of the relationship between autophagy and different diseases may find out new target points for the treatment.
