摘要
针对煤矿放顶煤工作面开采效率、回采率低等难题,以焦家寨矿221采区22112放顶煤工作面为工程背景,分析22112工作面放顶煤回采率低和煤质差的主要因素,提出加长工作面长度、减少初采和末采的放煤距离的技术手段,通过几种放顶煤开采技术相结合,使得工作面回采率可提高至93%。
According to the problems of low mining efficiency and recovery rate, this paper analyzed the main factors of low recovery rate and low quality of top coal caving at 22112 mining face with top coal caving working face 22112 of 221 mining area in Jiaojiazhai Coal Mine as the engineering background. This paper also put forward the technical measures of lengthening the length of working face, reducing the distance between initial mining and end mining by combined several kinds of top coal caving technologies, making recovery rate increase by 93% at the working face.
