摘要 循环水场中的需水量非常大,占据煤化工厂鲜水总用量80%左右,如果补水量均为鲜水,会给煤化工厂带来极大的资源浪费。对工厂废水进行回收、深处理及再利用,不仅可以节约煤化工厂资金成本,还能有效提升经济效益、环境效益及社会效益。以超滤-反渗透工艺为例,具体分析煤化工厂回用水处理工程。 Water demand is very large in the circulating water field, and occupies around 80% of the fresh water total amount in the coal chemical factory. If supply water quantity is fresh water, it will bring great resources waste to coal chemical factory. Recycling, deep treatment and reusing of factory waste water not only can save coal plant capital cost, and also can effectively improve the economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit. Taking ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis process as an example, this paper made specific analysis of recycled water treatment engineering in coal chemical factory.
