摘要
目的 :优化改进甲状腺片的生产工艺。方法 :采用冻干脱水法制备甲状腺原料、沸腾制粒法制备甲状腺片。结果 :改进的冻干脱水法及沸腾制粒工艺,大大改善了甲状腺片中主要成分碘塞罗宁(T3)、左甲状腺素(T4)的含量均匀度,制得的甲状腺片符合2015版中国药典规定。结论 :改进的甲状腺片工艺稳定可靠,易于工业化生产。
Objective： To improve and optimize the processes for the production of thyroid tablets. Methods： Thyroid raw material was prepared by freeze-drying and thyroid tablets were granulated by boiling granulation. Results： The uniformity of liothyronine（T3） and levothyroxine（T4） in the thyroid tablets was greatly improved by the improved processes and the prepared thyroid tablets were confirmed by the provisions of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015. Conclusion： The improved processes for the production of thyroid tablet are stable and reliable and can be easily applied to the industrial production.
