摘要
国内外研究表明维生素A与儿童反复呼吸道感染有关。反复呼吸道感染患儿普遍存在维生素A缺乏。维生素A是机体必需的一种营养素，主要生理功能包括维持视觉功能、促进生长发育、维持上皮细胞结构的完整性、增强机体的免疫反应及清除氧自由基等，而且对体液免疫、细胞免疫过程均有影响。现就目前国内外维生素A与反复呼吸道感染关系作一综述。
Vitamin A is associated with recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. As one of the essential nutrients in organism, vitamin A has functions of protecting visual sense, promoting growth and development, maintaining the complete structure of epithelial cells, enhancing immune response and scavenging oxygen free radicals, etc. Vitamin A deficiency is reported in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. This article reviewed resent progress on the relation between vitamin A and recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.
