摘要
中职班主任在学生职业道德品质的养成中发挥着重要的作用。但现实中,绝大多数中职班主任对培养什么样的学生及如何培养并不明确,对班级的管理也仅停留于单一"管"的层面,忽略的班主任"育人"的重任。因此,班主任需转变职业道德教育理念,营造良好班级环境,培养学生职业道德能力,并辅以客观科学的评价,以实现学生能在毕业时将职业道德理念和行为习惯迁移到工作中,适应工作岗位需求。
Secondary vocational head teachers play an important role in the cultivation of students' professional ethics. But in real- ity, the vast majority of secondary vocational head teachers are not clear about what kinds of students to cultivate and how to cultivate them, and their class management is merely "manage- ment", without the function of education. As a resuh, head teach- ers need to change the concept of professional ethics education, create a good class environment, cultivate students' professional ethics, supplemented by objective scientific evaluation, in order to ensure that students will be able to apply their professional ethics and behavioral habits to actual work and meet the needs of work after graduation.
