摘要
心理契约就是一种心理上的约定,反映了双方的心理期望。在高校班级管理实践中,心理契约反映了辅导员与学生之间关于班级管理方式、学生生活、学习等方面的一种内在的、非书面化的关系。心理契约的建立在师生关系、班级管理以及增强班级凝聚力等方面起到重要作用,为辅导员的管理提供了全新的视角。辅导员可以通过了解大学生的期望、提升辅导员自身素质、加强师生之间的交流以及培养积极团结的班级氛围等方式在班级管理实践中构建心理契约。
Psychological contract is a kind of psychological agree- ment, which reflects the psychological expectations of both sides. In the practice of class management in colleges and universities, the psychological contract reflects the relationship between the instructor and students on the student life, learning, management and so on. The relationship is an intrinsic relationship, not writ- ten. Construction of psychological contract relationship between teachers and students plays an important role in strengthening class cohesive force and class management. The instructor can construct the psychological contract by understanding the expec- tations of college students, enhancing their own quality, strength- ening the communication between teachers and students, culti- vating positive and united class atmosphere.
