摘要
NaX分子筛作为国产PX吸附剂RAX-3000的载体,一直采用间歇式生产,产能低、质量稳定性较差。为了提高RAX-3000吸附剂的产能和质量,满足市场需求,进行了NaX分子筛工业连续化生产试验。通过对成胶配方优化、连续过滤水洗和干燥条件的研究,证实了连续化生产的可行性,并确定了连续化生产的最佳工艺参数。按照上述工艺参数进行工业生产,产品质量合格率较高。
As the supporter of domestic paraxylene (PX) adsorbent RAX -3000, NaX molecular sieve has been producing in the intermittent way, resulting in low productivity and poor quality stability. In order to improve the capacity and quality of adsorbent RAX - 3000 to satisfy market demand, the continuous production experiments have been conducted. The feasibility of continuous production was confirmed, and the optimum processing parameters were determined by the study of gel forming formula, continuous water - washing with filter and drying conditions. The qualification rate of product is higher based on the above processing parameters used in the industrial production.
