摘要
本文在考虑顾客比价行为的前提下,构建一个制造商和一个零售商组成的二级供应链系统,分析比价顾客的比例对于制造商与零售商在分散决策和集中决策模式下供应链整体利润、销售价格的变化,并通过算例验证研究结论。结果表明,随着比价顾客比例的提高,零售商销售价格上升,顾客体验价值上升,供应链整体利润在集中决策模式下较高,且呈上升趋势。
Considering the customer price behavior under the premise to construct a two - stage supply chain system consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer, this paper analyzes the customer of parity in the ratio for manufacturers and retailers in decentralized decision and centralized decision making mode the whole profit of the supply chain, sales price changes, and through numerical example to verify the conclusion of the study. The results show that with the increase of the proportion of customers, retail price increases, the value of cus- tomer experience rises, the overall profit of the supply chain is higher in the centralized decision - making model, and it has rising trend.
