Acute invasive fungal rhino-sinisitis（AIFRS）is a kind of acute fungus infectious disease.It ofen deteriorates rapidly and abruptly,which occurs in the nose and sinuses with somepeople who have low immunological function.This paper reviewed the progress about the acute invasive fungal rhino-sinisitis＇ s clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis to improve the level of early diagnosis and reduce the mortality.
