摘要
以濒危植物膝柄木为研究对象,在光学显微镜下研究了膝柄木的叶表皮和气孔形态及不同方位叶片和叶片不同部位的气孔参数。结果表明,膝柄木上、下表皮细胞的形状均不规则,细胞壁较厚,垂周壁波状;气孔仅分布于下表皮,排列无规则,气孔器由2个肾形保卫细胞和2个副卫细胞构成,为平列型,气孔极区T形加厚;气孔长度在14.29~15.26μm之间,气孔密度在214~260个/mm^2之间,气孔指数在0.24~0.32之间。膝柄木叶片的气孔性状在不同方位及不同叶位上均表现出一定差异,东面以及叶片中部的气孔参数要高于其它方向和部位。这些差异体现了膝柄木对生长环境的适应性。
The leaf epidermal cell, stomata and stomata parameters of endangered plant Bhesa robusta in different aspects and different parts of leaf blade were studied by light microscope. The results showed that the upper and lower epidermal ceils of B. robusta leaves were irregular shape, cell wall was thicker, and the anticlinal wall was undulated. The stomata were only distributed in lower epidermal cells and random arranged. The stomata apparatus was composed of two reniform guard cells and two accessory cells, and belong to paracytic type. The polar region was T-shaped thickening. The length of stomata was 14.29 - 15.26μm, the stomata density were 214 -260 individual per mm2 and stomata indexes were 0.24 -0.32. There were significance differences among different aspects and different parts of leaf blade in stomata characters. The stomata parameters of eastern aspect and medium part of leaf blade were higher than the others. These differentiations represent certainly adaptability of B. robusta to its growing environment.
