摘要
采用固态介质静压法对薄壁金属壳体强度进行检测,通过建立模型,结合理论推导计算,对试验数据进行了分析和对比研究,提出了质量检验判据。针对有表面划痕的受损壳体,进行了强度分析、计算和测试,结果表明,采用固体弹性颗粒来代替液态介质的固态介质静压法是检测薄壁金属壳体强度的一种安全、有效且简易可行的测试方法。该检测方法具有一定的推广应用价值。
Introduce the solid medium static pressure method for the test of thin wall metal shell strength test and re- search process. Through the establishment of model combined with theory calculation of the test data analysis and compara- tive study, the quality test criterion is proposed. The damaged casing scratches the surface of strength analysis, calculation and test. The results of the study show that: the elastic solid particles instead of the liquid solid medium static method is the test of thin metal shell strength of a safe, effective and simple and feasible test method. As a result, this method has certain values of popularization and application.
